By using Sekura ("we", "us", "the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you're using Sekura on behalf of a business, that business also agrees to these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Sekura runs passive security assessments on publicly accessible websites and stores. We check things like HTTP headers, DNS records, SSL certificates, and publicly visible file paths.
Passive means we only look at what any browser or monitoring tool could see. We do not attempt exploitation, brute-force authentication, or any form of attack. Our scans are equivalent to a manual inspection of what's publicly available.
You may only scan websites and stores you own, manage, or have explicit written permission to scan.
You may not use Sekura to:
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the Service.
Anonymous (no account): 1 scan per day, per IP address. Results are available for the duration of your browser session only.
Free account: 5 scans per month. Results are saved to your dashboard.
Paid plans (Starter $15/month, Builder $39/month): Unlock full findings, evidence, remediation guidance, PDF reports, and continuous monitoring. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may suspend or delete accounts that are inactive for over 12 months, after providing 30 days' notice by email.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uptime on free-tier accounts. The Service is provided as-is. We may perform maintenance at any time.
We're not liable for any loss resulting from temporary unavailability of the Service.
Scan results reflect what was publicly visible at the time of the scan. They are not a comprehensive security audit. We recommend treating results as a starting point, not a guarantee that your store is fully secure.
We're not responsible for decisions made based on scan results.
Sekura and its reports are our intellectual property. You may use reports for your own business purposes and share them with clients or colleagues. You may not resell reports as your own product.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sekura is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 3 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Sekura is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
